You can find all the details of workshop on <a href=\"https:\/\/kgml2023.github.io\/\">https:\/\/kgml2023.github.io\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Call for papers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Authors are invited to submit articles combining aspects of domain knowledge representation and ML, including the use of knowledge-aware methods for solving ML challenges (e.g. knowledge-guided or explainable learning), the use of ML methods for solving-knowledge representation challenges (e.g. efficient inference, knowledge base completion), the integration of learning and reasoning at the modeling or solving side, and the application of combined knowledge-driven ML approaches to solve real-world problems and accelerate scientific discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">We welcome papers on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-69ffac\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Novel techniques for incorporating prior knowledge into machine learning models<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Learning with structured knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Solving differential equations with machine learning in physics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Transfer learning, multi-task learning, and domain adaptation with knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Interpretable and explainable machine learning with knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Human-in-the-loop and interactive machine learning with knowledge guidance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Knowledge distillation and model compression<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Discovery of Scientific Laws from Data with machine learning techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Learning symbolic knowledge, such as ontologies and knowledge graphs, action theories, common-sense knowledge, spatial and temporal theories, preference models and causal models<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Logic-based, logical and relational learning algorithms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Knowledge-driven natural language understanding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Knowledge-driven decision making<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Machine-learning driven reasoning algorithms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Neural-symbolic learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Symbolic reinforcement learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Expressive power of learning representations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Architectures that combine data-driven techniques and formal reasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Applications of knowledge guided machine learning in real-world scenarios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Important dates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">The deadlines are strict and no extensions will be given.
