RESEARCH TOPICS
Tania research interests include the design of innovative algorithms to efficiently perform large-scale data mining, which is focused on automatic extraction of useful information hidden in large databases. The main research topics are:
- Itemset and assocation rule mining at a different abstraction levels
- Clustering algorithms
- Cloud-based services
- Medical data analysis
- Network traffic analysis
- Social network analysis
- Context-aware user and service profiling
